[landscape near Te Nau Nau]
Simple landscape of a little set of batches outside of Te Nau Nau, down Taranaki way.
I was trying to get as low as possible to take this shot while not drowning in the mud. Hehe was lots of fun.
Having looked at this picture for a while I wonder if I shouldn't have avoided the mud and cropped this photo a lot closer. Imaged with my Nikon D300 digital SLR camera.
GCN news: I head off to the US this weekend, so not sure when the next update will be.
Hopefully not too long. (Could even be this weekend, but will probably be more random than normal.)

Photograph of the Taranaki coast at night. (Including Oil Rig.) [Taranaki coast at night] Quick night-time photograph of the Taranaki coast at night. The bight lights on the horizon are a drilling rig of some sort. Taken outside of Waitara, Taranaki, New Zealand this weekend with my Nikon D300 camera. GCN news: There will be more this week.
